Introduction

The first meeting for 2026 will be the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday February 16th. Annual reports will be delivered followed by election of members for Council.

The February General Meeting will follow the AGM, during which several club members will give short presentations.  

All financial club members are encouraged to attend this meeting to listen to annual reports from Council Members, and show your support for the club. You are invited to also consider nominating for a position on Council. Contact the Club President at president@qnc.org.au to discuss prior to the meeting if you wish to be considered for a key position, or to join Council as an assistant.

VOTING:  You may vote in person at the meeting, or by proxy. If you wish to vote by proxy the appointment of proxy document must be lodged with the chairperson prior to the opening of the meeting.
