Club Meeting, 15 September 2025; Members’ Night: Special AGM, Calendar Photo Judging & Short Presentations

A Special General Meeting will be held in September. There are a few relatively minor changes to the Constitution to be discussed and voted on. Council would also like to change the months for the Annual General Meeting and month when subscriptions are due. More details will be provided on the website closer to the September meeting.

September is also the month for the selection of calendar photos for the 2026 calendar. Doug Smith invites members to send their entries (maximum 3 per person) to: sdoug7405@gmail.com 

Enter “QNC Photo and your Surname” into the Subject Line. Please include your full name, date and place the photo was taken and the species name. Only include nature photos taken in Australia please. Preference is given to photos taken on QNC excursions, but not essential. Closing date for entries 7 September. Short presentations from club members will follow and then supper will be provided.
