QNC has been invited to assist the Bulimba Creek Catchment Coordinating Committee (B4C) to discover and record the incredible variety of plants, animals, insects, fungi and other species found in the Bulimba Creek catchment.

A BioBlitz is a citizen science event where people work together to find, photograph and record as many species as possible within a particular area.

During the morning, participants will explore this area of Belmont Hills and record the species we discover. For this BioBlitz botany observations and species IDs will be especially appreciated.

Observations will be recorded using the iNaturalist app, helping to build a snapshot of biodiversity at Belmont Hills.
