Peter Woodall – Bird Book Sale: Proceeds to Birds Queensland, The Queensland Naturalists’ Club and Birdlife Southern Queensland. To be held Sunday 15 November 2026 at The Bower, 28 Waterview Terrace, Dutton Park

Peter Woodall is a long-time member of all three groups and wishes his extensive collection of bird books to continue to be shared with fellow bird enthusiasts. We hope that members and their friends from BQ, Qld Nats and BirdLife will come along to the sale on 15 November.

The Book Sale will be held at The Bower, 28 Waterview Terrace, Dutton Park, with doors opening at 10.30 a.m. and last sales by 1.30 p.m. Street parking is available in Waterview Terrace (accessed from Gladstone Road into Pope Street) or in the car park for the Dutton Park Recreation Hub off TJ Doyle Memorial Drive (accessed from Gladstone Road). The latter parking means a walk up the hill to The Bower – good exercise if you are planning to do a lot of reading!

Payments for purchases can be made by both cash and card.

Tea and coffee making facilities and cold water will be available.
